No, everyone is born Christian. Only later in life do people choose to stray from Jesus and worship satan instead. Atheists have the greatest "cover" of all, they insist they believe in no god yet most polls done and the latest research indicates that they are actually a different sect of Muslims.

Somehow this calls to mind the conversation between the-then Cardinal Ratzinger and a Roman Catholic priest, in which Ratzinger showed himself to have a rather better grasp of things than the person you've quoted:
Ratzinger: “Are you a convert?”
Priest: “No, Cardinal, I’ve been a Catholic all my life.”
Ratzinger: “Most interesting, Father. I became a Catholic when I was baptized.”
As I understand it, it's Muslims who believe that everyone is born Muslim but then falls away; the Christian teaching is quite the opposite.
They probably think that God put government on earth to punish evil-doers, just like the so-called moderate pastor Rick Warren said the other evening in a TV interview.
